Welcome to Trading with Smarts. By completing your purchase, enrolling in our classes, or joining our Discord server, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Financial Disclaimer

  • No Financial Credentials: Jaya has no financial credentials. She is a self-taught investor and trader passing along personal knowledge and experience.
  • Risk Warning: All trading involves substantial financial risk.
  • Not Financial Advice: Nothing in our classes, website content, WhatsApp groups, or Discord server constitutes formal financial, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.

2. Class Delivery, Schedule, and Materials

  • Live Session Scheduling: Live Zoom sessions require a minimum of 10 signups before a date is finalized. Registered users will vote on a selection of dates to find a time that accommodates everyone. Live sessions typically run on weekdays at 7:00 PM CST for approximately 80 minutes.
  • Included Class Deliverables: Your one-time class fee covers attendance at one live session (or its recording if missed), immediate access to the previous month"s recorded session via your website portal, and a one-time redeemable 1-month period of free Discord support.
  • Missed Sessions: If you cannot attend your scheduled live session, you will automatically receive the recording and have the option to attend the next live session. No refunds are granted for missing a live session.
  • Digital Access: Course video vaults and recordings are hosted directly on our secure member portal at TradingWithSmarts.com/profile. Access is automated. A Discord account is not required to view your purchased educational materials.

3. Strict Subscription & Cancellation Policy

  • Automatic Renewal: After your 1-month free Discord trial concludes, continued access to the community requires a paid monthly membership. This Discord membership automatically renews every month until you manually cancel it.
  • Where to Cancel: To stop future charges, you must log into your account at TradingWithSmarts.com, click the Profile tab in the main navigation menu, navigate to the Plan tab inside your dashboard, and select Cancel Subscription.
  • Self-Service Mandatory: Requesting a cancellation via Discord Direct Messages (DMs), server chat rooms, emails, or WhatsApp messages does not constitute a cancellation. You must use the self-service profile dashboard.
  • Billing Cutoff: Cancellations must be submitted through your portal prior to your automated recurring billing date. Cancelling after your billing date will not trigger a retroactive refund. Your access will remain active until the end of that current paid billing cycle.

4. Strict No-Refunds and Dispute Policy

  • All Sales Are Final: Due to the immediate delivery of digital course materials, previous video vault recordings, and active chat access, Trading with Smarts enforces a strict no-refunds policy on all classes and recurring Discord memberships.
  • Fraudulent Chargeback Protection: We actively monitor and log portal login timestamps, course streaming data, WhatsApp entry events, and Discord chat activity logs. If you submit a false "Subscription Not Cancelled" or "Unrecognized Charge" dispute to your bank while keeping active server access or portal usage history, this automated tracking data will be submitted directly to Stripe as legal evidence to overturn the dispute and preserve our merchant status.
